BP Retail is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Assistant for a 6-week initial duration at our Southampton store. You will join a fast-paced retail environment, supported by online and on-the-job training to develop customer service skills.

You will serve customers, operate the till, assist with Wild Bean Café beverage and food items, handle stock replenishment and promotions, and keep the store and forecourt clean. 16+ welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Safety of yourself, colleagues and customers first, in line with bp policies and procedures
• Serve customers and operate the till
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items from Wild Bean Café
• Stock management from deliveries to replenishment and rotation
• Promote bp offers, promotions and loyalty scheme
• Carry out cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt
