Job summary

bp retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for a 6-week temporary placement in the UK. You will serve customers, operate the till and support in the Wild Bean Café while upholding bp safety standards.

Training will be provided; no prior retail experience is required. You’ll work as part of a collaborative, fast-paced store team and may participate in promotions and bp loyalty schemes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal and customer safety in line with bp policies.
• Serve customers and operate the till.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items from the Wild Bean Café.
• Manage stock: take deliveries, replenish shelves, and rotate stock.
• Promote bp offers, promotions, and bp loyalty scheme.
• Carry out cleaning duties in-store, facilities, and forecourt.
