Job summary

bp retail is seeking a temporary Customer Service Assistant for a 6-week initial duration. You will join a fast-paced retail team and provide excellent service at the till, serve beverages and food from the Wild Bean Café, and support stock and promotions.

No prior retail experience is required as training is provided to help you develop the necessary skills and become a valued member of the bp retail team.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; full training provided.
• Customer-focused and a team player with good communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Safety of yourself, colleagues and customers is the top priority.
• Serve customers and operate the till.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items from Wild Bean Café.
• Stock management from deliveries to replenishment and rotation.
• Promote bp offers, promotions and the bp loyalty scheme.
• Carry out cleaning duties across the store, facilities and forecourt.
