Job summary

BP Retail in the United Kingdom is offering temporary Customer Service Assistant roles (6 week initial duration) across our store locations. You will join a fast-paced team, receive online and on-the-job training, and help deliver great customer experiences while supporting all aspects of store operations.

This role focuses on safety, service at the till, Wild Bean Café prep, stock control, promotions and keeping the store clean.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; training will be provided.
• Good communication and a friendly, team-focused approach.
• Ability to operate a till and handle customer enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of customers and colleagues in line with bp policies.
• Serve customers and operate the till.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food from Wild Bean Café.
• Stock management including deliveries and replenishment.
• Promote bp offers, promotions and loyalty schemes.
• Maintain store, facilities and forecourt cleanliness.
