Job summary

bp retail is seeking energetic temporary Customer Service Assistants for a 6-week initial duration to support busy store operations across our Wild Bean Café and tills. You'll learn on the job and benefit from online and on-the-job training to build your customer service skills.

Applicants aged 16+ are welcome; no prior retail experience is required. You will be part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, helping customers, handling stock, and promoting bp loyalty offers.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and a friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Applicants welcome from 16+ with or without prior retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Safety of yourself, colleagues and customers in line with bp policies.
• Serving customers and operating the till.
• Preparing and serving beverage and food items from Wild Bean Café.
• Stock management from deliveries to shelf replenishment.
• Promoting bp offers and loyalty scheme.
• Carrying out cleaning duties in-store and forecourt.
