Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with a warm, professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries.
Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth logistics for meetings and events.
Assist with administrative tasks, including managing office supplies and maintaining office presentation.
Support the team with ad-hoc duties, including event coordination and travel arrangements.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
Experience & Skills:
Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience, ideally within a creative environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and visitors.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software.
A keen interest in the creative industry and a flexible, proactive attitude.
