Job summary

Escape is seeking a Project Coordinator for a temporary 8-month contract in Dundee to support an engineering project. You will manage purchase orders, coordinate with teams, run SAP reports, and handle project documentation and minutes.

The role requires strong administration skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint. You will work in a collaborative environment supporting Project Engineers and contributing to timely project updates.

Qualifications

• Strong administration experience, ideally project coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident IT skills including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM/ERP systems; SharePoint would be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Process requests to create, amend and maintain Purchase Orders.
• Liaise with relevant team for PO queries or requests not in administrator access.
• Run SAP reports as requested by Project Engineers and to verify Internal Order transactions.
• Deal with queries received in the shared email address for the Admin team or by direct email.
• Monitor and resolve any blocked files.
• Process goods received not invoiced.
• Update weekly safety statistics in preparation for Team Meeting.
• Monitor compliance hub tasks.
• Maintain shared files and update procedures.
• Ensure Project Engineers update reports and submit documentation by deadline.
• Attend project meetings and record minutes / update action trackers.
• Schedule meetings and Zoom calls on behalf of Project Engineers.
• Support with completing project reports and updating databases.
• Gather information for presentations and updates.
• Project Document Control in line with standards and audit compliance.
• Manage Teams and SharePoint folder access.

My client, a global engineering company have an immediate requirement for an experienced Project Coordinator to support them with a specific project estimated to last 8 months.

Experience required

• Strong administration experience, ideally project coordination
• Previous experience of working in an engineering, manufacturing, technical &/or projects environment would be an advantage
