• Producing clear, compliant specifications and project documentation.
• Engaging tenants and leaseholders with high-quality communication.

Responsibilities

• Support tender preparation and issue documents.
• Assist with planning submissions and Building Regulation processes.
• Provide monthly reporting for funded programmes.
• Gather EPC data and monitor energy performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Maintain asset database and assist with funding applications.
• Commit to professional development and assist on-site as required.
