Job summary

The successful candidate will produce clear specifications and project documentation, lead tenant/leaseholder engagement, assist with tender documents, Building Regulation submissions, and monthly reporting for funded programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, procurement and delivery activities across retrofit projects.
• Assist with tender documents, Building Regulation submissions, and monthly reporting for funded programmes.
• Gather EPC data, monitor and evaluate energy performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Maintain the asset database and assist with bid and grant applications.
• Cover absences and time on site as required.
