• Lead the Retrofit Surveyors and manage capital works programmes.
• Oversee EPC RdSAP modelling, ventilation, and retrofit surveys in occupied housing.
• Procure and manage service providers, monitor cost, quality and timescales.
• Report progress to stakeholders and drive energy efficiency targets.
