Job summary

The role covers plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general maintenance, plus moving furniture and assisting with lighting and safety checks. You will update maintenance reports and liaise with a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Undertake reactive maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, joinery, and carpentry.
• Paint and decorate where necessary.

• Manage electronic maintenance reports and updates.
• Maintain stock and materials, inform management when orders are needed.
