Qualifications

• Proven maintenance/handyman/trade experience is required.
• Strong practical skills across general maintenance disciplines.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests via internal systems.
• Carry out general repairs, including plumbing, decorating, joinery.
• Support reactive and preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and communal areas.
• Identify and address maintenance issues and safety risks.
• Assist with record-keeping for maintenance logs and compliance.
