Job summary

You will respond promptly to maintenance requests, inspect bedrooms, communal areas and external grounds, and ensure fixtures and equipment remain in good working order throughout the tenancy.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across student accommodation buildings.
• Undertake minor repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and basic electrical works within competency levels.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests raised by residents and staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of bedrooms, communal areas, and external grounds.
• Ensure all fixtures, fittings, and equipment are maintained in good working order.
