Job summary

Adecco is seeking a temporary maintenance operative for a 4-week assignment across student accommodation buildings. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and basic electrical tasks within your competency.

You will respond promptly to residents' and staff's requests, conduct regular inspections of bedrooms, communal areas and grounds, and ensure fixtures and equipment remain in good working order.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across student accommodation buildings.
• Undertake minor repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and basic electrical works within competency levels.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests raised by residents and staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of bedrooms, communal areas, and external grounds.
• Ensure all fixtures, fittings, and equipment are maintained in good working order.
