Job summary

Multitask Personnel are recruiting Meter Readers in the Plymouth area on a 16-week fixed-term contract with potential for permanency. You will visit homes and businesses to take meter readings and perform basic checks.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, £13.45 per hour plus bonuses and mileage; you will manage your own workload with a mobile app and speak with customers professionally, needing a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Access to your own vehicle for work
• Valid MOT where applicable
• Business insurance or willingness to obtain it
• Must live in Plymouth or the surrounding PL postcode area
• Able to pass a basic DBS check
• Able to provide 5 years of work references

Multitask Personnel are working with a leading utilities provider to recruit Meter Readers in the Plymouth area.

This is initially a 16 weeks fixed-term contract, with the potential for a permanent opportunity following the initial contract period.

Requirements
