Key Responsibilities

1. Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing support to operational managers.

3. Train, coach, and develop managers on HR processes and procedures.
4. Support or lead annual projects to enhance ER processes and update policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience managing ER cases from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Law.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
