Job summary

Middlesbrough Council has a permanent opening for a Temporary Accommodation Broker Co-Ordinator. You will partner with the Housing Solutions team to arrange emergency, interim, and temporary placements and manage related administration.

You'll liaise with providers for up-to-date documentation, track all placements with a focus on timely move-on, and ensure accurate reporting for managers and finance colleagues. A blended home/office working environment is available where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating emergency and temporary accommodation placements.
• Able to manage administration for placements and records.
• Liaise with accommodation providers to collect and log documentation.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to track placements.
• Record information accurately for reporting and managers.
• Communicate with colleagues and local authorities about placements.

Responsibilities

• Work with Housing Solutions to arrange emergency, interim and temporary accommodation.
