Job summary

Belmont Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Brokerage Administrator to work with our client based in the Middlesbrough area on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The assignment is initially for three months, with a view to extend. The successful candidate will support the Housing Solutions Team by managing requests for interim and temporary accommodation, sourcing placements, negotiating with providers, monitoring vacancies and

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Accurate record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
