Job description

C&C Search is currently recruiting for outstanding Temporary Executive Assistants to support high-level professionals within top-finance firms. These roles offer exciting variety, a prestigious client base, and the flexibility to work in a way that suits your lifestyle – all within central London locations.

All about the role and company I would be working for!

Position: Temporary Executive Assistant – working with leading firms and supporting senior stakeholders and fast-paced teams

Salary: £20 - £35 per hour + holiday pay (depending on experience)

Hybrid setup: Primarily based in beautiful offices in the West End, Mayfair, and the City.

Key responsibilities for Temporary Executive Assistant positions:

  • Scheduling and managing complex diaries across multiple time zones
  • Organising and coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries

  • Processing expenses and managing records accurately
  • Supporting individuals or teams with a variety of business support needs
  • Acting as a reliable and efficient first point of contact
