Full-Time Personal Assistant (French & English Fluency, Spanish a Plus)

Location: London (with occasional travel to Paris & Madrid)

I’m looking for a proactive, highly organised Personal Assistant to join me in a full-time capacity, supporting both my professional ventures and personal life. I wear many hats – business owner, property investor, and mother – and I need someone who can confidently help me navigate the pace and variety of it all.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is naturally solution-oriented, and can keep multiple plates spinning across borders and time zones.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as a strategic and practical support across business and personal projects

• Coordinating with stakeholders, partners, and teams in London, Paris, and Madrid

• Managing calendars, logistics, research, and communications with a high level of autonomy

• Supporting major transitions – including international relocation and property projects

• Helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes

About You:

• Fluent in French and English (Spanish a strong plus)

• Exceptional at organising, anticipating needs, and staying calm under pressure

• Comfortable juggling business and private matters with discretion and care

• Confident, curious, and adaptable – you get things done and think two steps ahead

• Open to occasional travel and working across cultures and time zones
