Job summary

Royal Mail is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. You’ll be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels come rain or shine, with parts of your route on foot and other parts by van.

You’ll need a full manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points, the stamina to walk up to 20,000 steps daily, and the ability to lift up to 16 kg.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to walk 20,000 steps daily and carry mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; must adapt to short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your route, by van and on foot.
• Safely handle and deliver election materials and other items as required.
• Be the face of Royal Mail in your community, providing excellent service.
