Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. If you have a passion for community service and enjoy being on the move, this is the perfect opportunity.

You’ll drive a Royal Mail delivery van around your round, deliver letters and parcels come rain or shine, and you may walk parts of your route. A full UK driving licence with up to 6 points is required, and you’ll pass a driving assessment on start.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt at short notice.
• Good community-facing communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Royal Mail delivery van around your round.
• Deliver letters and parcels to customers in all weather.
• Deliver election materials and certain items in line with Royal Mail standards.
