Source 4 in Feltham is seeking an experienced Air Imports Clerk to join a fast-paced logistics team on a temporary basis. You will coordinate air import shipments from arrival to delivery, prepare documentation and liaise with airlines, forwarders and customers.

You must have hands-on knowledge of air freight processes, be comfortable with pharmaceutical shipments, and stay flexible to finish duties as required. CargoWise and Sequoia experience is essential.

• Previous experience as an Air Imports Clerk in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proficient with CargoWise and Sequoia.
• Experience handling pharmaceutical shipments preferred.
• Strong understanding of air freight import processes and documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible hours with readiness to stay until duties complete.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with the wider operations team to ensure shipments are processed efficiently and within required timescales.

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Imports Clerk to join a logistics company based in Feltham on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with air freight import experience who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of accuracy, compliance and time-critical pharmaceutical shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process air import shipments from arrival through to final delivery.
• Prepare and check import documentation, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and compliant.
• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, customs agents, transport providers and customers.

Working Hours

The role has a 10:00am start, with finishing times dependent on operational requirements. Flexibility is essential, as some shipments may require the team to work later into the evening. Overtime is available.
