Job summary

Source 4 in Feltham is recruiting an experienced Air Imports Clerk to join the logistics team on a temporary basis. You will manage air import shipments from arrival to delivery, ensuring accurate paperwork and compliance for time-critical pharmaceutical consignments.

You will liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, customs agents and customers, monitor progress, and resolve delays. The role requires CargoWise and Sequoia experience, strong organisation, and the ability to work flexibly to

Qualifications

Previous air imports clerk experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to stay until operations are completed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and process air import shipments from arrival through to final delivery.
Prepare and check import documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, customs agents, transport providers and customers.
Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays or issues.
Ensure pharmaceutical shipments are handled with temperature-control requirements where applicable.
Maintain accurate shipment records and update systems.
Work with operations team to ensure timely processing of shipments.
