Job summary

Silver Birch Care is seeking experienced Residential Care Workers for full-time roles at The Beeches UK, Peterborough. You will support young people in a stable home, helping them build independence, resilience, and essential life skills while forming positive relationships.

You will work a 1 day on, 2 days off rotation with sleep-in shifts; experience in childcare is preferred. The role includes 40-hour weeks, sleep-in pay up to £700 monthly, and overtime paid after 40 hours.

• A genuine, person-centred approach to supporting young people.

THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

Location:The Beeches UK

Hours:40 hours per week (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)

Salary:£36,629 per annum + up to £700 additional pay per month for sleep-in shifts

Sleep-in Pay:Up to £700 per month (dependent on sleep-ins worked)

Shift Pattern:1 day on, 2 days off rotation

Overtime:Paid at time and a quarter (at normal rate) once the minimum 40 hours are worked

• Qualification:Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Care is essential.
• Driving:Full UK driving licence preferred
