Job description
Overview

Do you have the passion and knowledge to support the delivery of a broad, balanced and bespoke curriculum for the pupils of Linden Primary School? Are you ambitious, motivated and have the pedagogical understanding to support high quality learning experiences? We are looking to appoint a passionate teaching assistant to join our team. You will work as part of the wider school team to ensure that all pupils are making expected progress and attain at a level that is appropriate to them. We are developing our colleagues’ understanding of research-based practice, so you should be a professional who wishes to embrace research-based practice within the classroom, have great communication skills to work as a team, and be able to identify areas for development in your own practice.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of a broad, balanced and bespoke curriculum for pupils.
  • Contribute to ensuring all pupils make expected progress and attain appropriate levels.
  • Engage with research-based practice within the classroom and apply professional development insights.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and work collaboratively as part of the school team.
  • Identify and reflect on areas for development in personal practice.
