A great opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Controller to join a company on a temporary basis for 3 months. This organization is a leading, trusted regulatory partner for major retailers and manufacturers worldwide, dedicated to protecting global brands and customers through excellence in labelling compliance.

This role is fully remote – must be UK based with UK experience.

Responsibilities:

• Chasing up invoice queries
• Raising invoices in a manual and process-driven system
• Working closely with the Credit Controller to resolve billing and invoice queries
• Issuing invoices and receipts to clients for received payments
• Updating account information and maintaining client records

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a high-volume, low-value, fast-paced AR role
• Experience with Xero – essential
• Ability to follow processes and take direction – essential
• Motivation to work remotely full-time
• Easy-going and approachable nature
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote, established team
• Available to start immediately on a temporary basis
• Experience in FMCG or with large retailers is preferred but not essential
