Job summary

The Best Connection Group Ltd is seeking a FLT/Warehouse Operative for a temp-to-perm role in Halstead. The position runs Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm, with flexibility to support changing production and operational demands.

You will operate forklifts and reach trucks, receive and dispatch goods, and work with SAP to maintain inventory accuracy and documentation while prioritising safety and quality. This is a hands-on warehouse role in a busy environment.

Qualifications

Must hold a FLT licence (not inhouse)
Experience in warehouse operations
Willingness to support production and operational demands

Responsibilities

Support the full flow of warehouse operations: receive, store, move and dispatch goods to meet production and customer requirements.
Manage inventory and documentation using warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP).
Operate forklifts and reach trucks in line with GMP and H&S requirements.
Handle goods-in and goods-out: receive, inspect quality, prepare shipments, dispatch on time.
Maintain accurate inventory records and site documentation; report hazards or issues.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, production teams, transport providers and suppliers.
