Job summary

Confidential in Heathfield is seeking a Warehouse Admin to support a busy logistics operation. You will process orders, update stock records, book deliveries, and prepare dispatch documentation, communicating with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role is Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 with an emphasis on accuracy, reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment; temp-to-perm opportunities and weekly pay are offered through The Best Connection.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK
• Counterbalance certificate (valid)

Responsibilities

• Complete warehouse/logistics administration and paperwork.
• Process orders and update stock information.
• Book deliveries in and out of the warehouse.
• Prepare dispatch and delivery documentation.
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries.
• Liaise with warehouse operatives and drivers.
• Maintain accurate records on computer systems.
• Identify and report stock or paperwork discrepancies.
• Support the wider warehouse team when required.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety and organisation.
