Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer letters and orientation.
• Advise management on performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary or grievance investigations.
• Support payroll administration with the Payroll Officer for temporary and permanent staff.
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain employee training records.
• Handle offboarding: exit interviews, paperwork and departures.
