Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting Assembly Operatives for our Farnham manufacturing site on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis. You will assemble small components, use hand and power tools, and follow drawings to meet production targets.

Ideal applicants will have a production/manufacturing background, speak good English, and be reliable with a willingness to learn and progress. Immediate start available with short notice periods honoured.

Qualifications

• Speak a good level of English.
• Have experience within a production/manufacturing or similar background.
• Hold a keen attitude to learn and progress.

Responsibilities

• Use of hand and power tools to assemble components.
• Assemble small components and follow drawings/schematic diagrams.
• Inspect finished products for faults/defects and ensure quality.
• Work to production targets and maintain productivity.
