Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a Corby-based business for a Temporary Sales & Contracts Administrator to support a new customer contract.

You will carry out credit checks, set up new customer accounts in SAP, and coordinate machine allocations, ensuring contracts are prepared for signature.

Both full-time and part-time hours are considered, with school-hours options likely for the right candidate, offering an engaging commercial admin role.

Qualifications

• Previous office or sales administration experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence using business systems.
• Previous SAP experience would be an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out credit checks on new customers.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain information within SAP.
• Request machine allocations for new customers.
• Coordinate the allocation of technical requirements to the relevant machines.
• Prepare and issue customer contracts for signature.
• Notify the relevant departments when contracts are ready to be raised.
• Request and coordinate approvals for third-party supplier bills.
• Scan, save and accurately file all relevant customer and contract documentation.
• Ensure all administration is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Provide general administrative support across the wider department as required.
