• Experience in office or sales administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• SAP experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out credit checks on new customers.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain SAP data.
• Request machine allocations for new customers.
• Coordinate allocation of technical requirements to machines.
• Prepare and issue customer contracts for signature.
• Notify departments when contracts are ready to be raised.
• Coordinate approvals for supplier bills.
• File all customer and contract documentation accurately.
• Ensure administration is completed within timescales.
• Provide general administrative support to the department.
