Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC in Corby is seeking a Temporary Sales & Contracts Administrator to support a busy team on an ongoing temporary basis. You will handle credit checks, set up new customer accounts in SAP, coordinate machine allocations and prepare customer contracts for signature.

The role requires strong administration, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage processes accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in office or sales administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence using business systems.
• SAP experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to follow processes and handle confidential customer information.

Responsibilities

• Carry out credit checks on new customers.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain information within SAP.
• Request machine allocations for new customers.
• Coordinate the allocation of technical requirements to the relevant machines.
• Prepare and issue customer contracts for signature.
• Notify the relevant departments when contracts are ready to be raised.
• Request and coordinate approvals for third-party supplier bills.
• Scan, save and accurately file all relevant customer and contract documentation.
• Ensure all administration is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Provide general administrative support across the wider department as required.
