Job summary

Veranova is seeking a Temporary QA Document Control Associate in the UK to support the QA department with digitization, organization, and verification of GMP documents. You will scan, verify, and index documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDP and ALCOA+ standards.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data integrity, and the ability to follow established procedures while working with electronic document management systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a regulated industry is required.
• Basic GMP/GDP knowledge preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Scan GMP documentation and ensure accurate representation of original records.
• Perform page-by-page quality checks on scans.
• Organize and index scanned documents according to procedures.
• Upload documents into the EDRM system and maintain tracking logs.
• Follow GDP/ALCOA+ guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
