Job summary

WHS Plastics, a global leader in plastic injection moulding, is partnering with Baltic Recruitment to find a Manufacturing Operative in Pickering. This temp-to-perm role offers clear progression, paid breaks, and full training, with pay increases after probation.

You will operate mould and press machinery, assemble and quality-check products, and work in extrusion/paint areas, with a 12-hour rotating shift pattern and no weekend work. Weekly pay and a referral bonus are provided.

This is a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity with pay increases after probation and clear opportunities to develop your skills and build a long-term career.

What You'll Be Doing

Shift Pattern

12-hour shifts on a rotating 3-shift pattern

Candidates must be able to work all shifts.

Days: Wednesday to Friday 7:50am - 8:00pm - 2 rest days

Nights: Monday to Wednesday 7:50pm - 8:00am - 4 rest days

Split Shift:

Monday & Tuesday - Days - 1 rest day

Thursday & Friday - Nights - 4 rest days
