Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Hull to join our busy production team delivering high-quality products daily. The role involves operating machinery, handling materials, completing checks, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment on a rotating shift pattern.

You will work 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am on a 5-on/2-off then 2-on/5-off cycle, with overtime available. No prior experience is required as full training is provided and English communication is essential.

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Hull.

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.

Overtime is available at this site.

You will work a rotating shift pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off, then 2 days on / 5 days off. Shifts include both day and night working. The hours of work are:

• 6am to 6pm
• 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative, you'll be a key part of our operations. Your role ensures that our production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You'll operate machinery, manage workloads, and contribute to a team-focused environment where quality is always a priority.

What you'll do:

• Support daily production and assembly tasks, including stacking and wrapping products.

Applicants will have good verbal and written communication skills in English and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential - full training will be provided.
