Kinetic PLC in Wales are seeking motivated Machine Operatives to operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring products meet quality standards and prepared finished goods for dispatch. You will contribute to a safe, efficient manufacturing floor and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role offers full-time, rotating day and night shifts with paid breaks, training, and potential permanent positions for successful candidates within a growing plastics manufacturing environment.
