Job summary

Impact Recruitment are seeking two Production Operatives for a weekend night shift in Corby. You will operate injection moulding machinery, monitor output, and maintain quality throughout a 36-hour week (Fri–Sun, 18:00–06:00).

Typical duties include loading/unloading, quality checks, and reporting faults, with six days of paid training prior to permanent placement. Starting pay is £14 per hour, rising to £14.50 after probation.

• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Friday to Sunday, 18:00 - 06:00 (36 hours per week)

Pay

£14.00 per hour, increasing to £14.50 per hour after a successful 4-month probation (subject to attendance and performance)

Training

Six days of paid day-shift training over two weeks before moving onto the permanent weekend night shift
