Qualifications

• Previous experience as Concierge, Receptionist, Front of House Assistant, Porter or similar customer-facing role.
• Residential property experience preferred, especially in luxury developments.
• Candidates from luxury hotels, hospitality or other high-end customer service environments are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional and well presented.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service to residents, guests and visitors.
• Respond to resident enquiries and assist with day-to-day requests.
• Manage visitor and contractor access, ensuring the correct sign-in procedures are followed.
• Manage keys and access fobs in line with site procedures.
• Receive, record and distribute parcels and deliveries.
• Monitor reception and communal areas, ensuring they remain clean, tidy and well presented.
• Carry out regular building patrols where required.
• Report maintenance issues, defects or health and safety concerns to the appropriate onsite team.
• Liaise with contractors and provide access where authorised.
• Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs where required.
• Maintain accurate records, logs and shift handovers.
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies, following the building's procedures.
• Work closely with Building Managers, Estate Managers, Security and other members of the onsite team.
• Complete any other reasonable duties required by the management team.]
