RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant HR Business Partner in Exeter/Weston for a temporary 2-month assignment. The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £20.49 per hour and weekly pay.

The successful candidate will join a busy People team and support HR operations, initially focusing on employee relations and policy adherence. Responsibilities include advising managers on casework, supporting recruitment, and contributing to People Plans while building strong

Qualifications

• Strong HR and employment law knowledge.
• Proven employee relations experience.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling confidential information and HR data.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day employee relations casework and provide advice to managers.
• Support recruitment and wider HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation.
• Work alongside HR Business Partners on People Plans and improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with managers and colleagues at all levels.
• Support HR reporting, data analysis and workforce initiatives.
