Job summary

RGB Recruitment Ltd in Exeter / Weston is recruiting for an Assistant HR Business Partner to join a busy People team on a temporary basis. The contract runs for 2 months with 37 hours per week, and pay is £20.49 per hour with weekly pay.

You will manage day-to-day employee relations, support recruitment and HR processes, and help develop People Plans while ensuring policy compliance and handling HR data with discretion.

Qualifications

• Strong HR and employment law knowledge.
• Proven employee relations experience.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day employee relations casework and provide advice to managers.
• Support recruitment and wider HR processes, ensuring policy compliance.
• Work alongside HR Business Partners on People Plans and improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with managers and colleagues at all levels.
• Support HR reporting, data analysis and workforce initiatives.
