Job summary

Pertemps is seeking an experienced HR professional for a Temporary Assistant HR Business Partner role within a busy People Team. This two-month contract offers a varied remit across employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and benefits, with emphasis on partnering with managers and delivering a high-quality HR service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with HR Business Partners and operational teams, handle cases end-to-end, analyse data, and contribute to People Plans and change

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex HR casework from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations processes.
• Exposure to recruitment and HR administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience using HR data and systems to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to managers and employees across business areas.
• Manage employee relations cases incl. investigations, disciplinary, grievances.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits.
• Assist in delivery of People Plans and HR projects.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analyse HR data, monitor trends and generate reports.
• Assist organisational change and workforce planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
