JobsTrackR is seeking a People Services Advisor for a temporary role in Coventry. The rate is £21.33 per hour PAYE.

You will advise on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation, helping managers apply People Services policies consistently and fairly. The successful candidate will stay up to date with employment law and best practices in the public sector, and must hold CIPD Associate Level 5 or higher at minimum.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law applicable to the public sector.
• CIPD Associate Level 5 minimum.
• Experience supporting managers and employees in People Services.
