Office Angels is seeking a well organised and punctual Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team in Taunton. You will be the welcoming face of the company, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless experience from their first interaction while managing orders and responding to enquiries with efficiency and care.

This temporary role runs for a minimum of 3–4 months with an immediate start.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a sales or customer service office environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Overseeing end-to-end customer order journey, including booking, verification, and processing.
• Providing accurate pricing and delivery details.
• Supporting Sales Account Managers with event coordination and customer engagement.
• Responding promptly to telephone and email queries from internal and external clients.
• Organising and maintaining filing systems for easy information access.
• Coordinating site mail and assisting with new customer accounts and credit term applications.
