Job summary

Tate Recruitment is seeking a temporary Customer Service Administrator in Bedford, fully office based, to support a busy operation. The role offers a daily pay rate of £14.22 and a standard Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30am to 4:30pm.

You will join a friendly team, focus on backlog clearing, and ensure smooth processes for customers and internal teams. You will rebook engineer visits, migrate data during a major IT integration, and handle high-volume admin duties with precision, while assisting

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
• Proven ability to handle a high workload with accuracy.
• Familiarity with data transfer or IT systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rebooking engineer visits when appointments are cancelled or technicians are unable to attend.
• Transferring data from an old system to a new platform following a major IT integration.
• Managing high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy.
• Resolving invoicing issues and supporting complaint handling where needed.
• Working with Salesforce and other systems to keep processes running smoothly.
