Job summary

Response Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Customer Focus Administrator for their Sandy site in Bedfordshire. This temporary role (up to 3 months) offers 40 hours per week at a rate of £13.00–£13.25 per hour, starting ASAP. The role focuses on accurate data entry, telephone customer interactions and delivering a positive service experience.

The ideal candidate will be well-organised, computer-literate and able to communicate clearly with customers while working both independently and within a team.
