• Experience as Credit Controller or in a Collections/Debt Recovery role.
• Proven ability to chase payments and manage ledgers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers.
• Solid IT skills, numeracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an extensive customer ledger and chase overdue payments.
• Proactively contact customers by phone and email to secure payment commitments.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and collection activity.
