Join Our Team as a Communications Assistant!

Our client is seeking a Communications Assistant to join their dynamic team in Camden, London. This is a temporary role offering a chance to contribute to meaningful projects while enhancing your skills.


Location: Camden, London (just a 3-minute walk from Holborn train station!)
Contract Type: Temporary
Salary: £14 - £16 per hour
Work Style: Hybrid


What You'll Do:


As a Communications Assistant, you will be the friendly face of our organisation, providing excellent customer service while engaging with our valued members. Your responsibilities will include:




  • Confidently answering queries via email and phone, including processing payments.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.

  • Responding to member information queries through our online portal.

  • Assisting with the Admissions Ceremony, including preparation work in advance (on-the-day support can be negotiable).

  • Supporting the production and data checking of local census outputs (basic Excel skills required).



What We're Looking For:


We want someone who is detail-oriented and possesses strong communication skills. While experience with CRM databases, especially Salesforce, is a plus, it's not essential! We're happy to provide training for the right candidate. Here's what else we're seeking:




  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Enthusiasm for engaging with members and providing top-notch service.

  • Basic Excel skills to assist with data checking tasks.
