Job summary

Nexus People in Bradford are seeking an Account Administrator to support a leading distribution and logistics client. You will handle customer inquiries, input data, and liaise with Account Managers to ensure smooth operations.

The role is temporary with Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00, on-site at the Bradford site. A strong command of English is required; full training provided; immediate starts and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience required.
• Temporary contract available.
• UK resident and able to travel to site.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service experience.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
• Liaise with Account Managers to support client needs.
• Input and extract data using IT systems accurately.
• Assist with warehousing processes as needed.
